Now who would the company rather embrace?

The TWU who holds AA to a 20% outsourcing, and havng the ability to grieve 100% of any outsourcing...orrrrrrrrrrrrrr...*pay real close attention here you that have such a short attention span*.....amfa...that allows 38% of ungrievable outsourcing, allows a 45% manpower decrease without costing the company a dime in grievances, allows pension plans to be abolished and replaced with a 401K, has developed a losing history in the a/c industry...who would you rather date?

It's obvious ,even to you amfa supporters, and has to be embarrassing to you, that amfa is proven to be the more company friendly association.

I think that before you claim AMFA should be embarrased, you should be required to provide:

A. What is the exact source fo your claim of "20%" outsource at AA?

B. The procedure in which the TWU can either audit or challenge this reported percentage.

Truth,

This number is based on a DOL Form41 Filing which in not audited or challenged by anyone. Form41 is an antiquated federal government form originally required by the Civil Aeronautics Board which not even around anymore.

The embarrassment should come from you. For placing so much faith in a company report that your union cannot even audit or challenge. The industry carriers to not even use the Form41 filings for comparison because it is a well known fact the each carrier uses a different formula to calculate the reported numbers.

Reliance on such an unaudited, unchallenged number as fact, is almost as embarassing as the TWU using ELCAT the company firm for financial audit of financial status prior to the concession sell-out by Little.
