Lets see what everyone thinks????????????? My guess is PIT then down the road INT as well !!!!

It is not if, they are going to close one center, my bet is PIT.

Maybe that is why the TA contract has not yet been released..all bad news comes after 4-5pm on Fridays when no management is around to answer questions....just a thought....

The agents in PIT are hoping and praying it's PIT. GOOOOOOOOO PIT!!!!!!!!!!!

logistics and sound business say-goodbye mr.pit......

Looks as though PIT is winning!!!!!! If they say its going to be INT the poopy is going to hit the fan!!!!! LOL if its INT LOL

Dont we own the building in INT and isnt the building in PIT one of the ones we are leasing on a short term basis? Also if the specialty desks are for the most part in INT, and general res in PIT, it would make sense for them to close PIT, so it must be INT. 😉

pretty sure PIT on a month to month lease...so go figure

It's galatcially stupid, regardless of which center is closed, to only have one. A weather/power disruption could cripple call center ops. It's bad business, and probably one that the IT and/or whichever VP is in charge of res should be screaming about.

Now, had they offered "work from home," you can get around this.

Dumb. That said, it'll probably be PIT.

Its going to be where they can get the best deal. It doesn't matter what job function an office does or anything like that. If they can crate up 2 sims from pit and ship them to clt don't think they cant crate up res equipment and ship it anywhere they like.

I dont understand why they have two res centers in the same time zone anyway

No the INT Res is not owned by US Airways. That went bye bye under Schofield. He decidec that it was better for the company not to own the property. The building is owned by Highwood Properties and we lease from them. PIT has TBM, INTL, GS and CSD desks. Maybe other dpts as well. INT has TLC, CHP, GS, Rates, FAST, INTL, Groups and Meetings dpts.

Good luck in Winston all you Steeler fans Take terrible towels along and teach them what football is really like. Weather is better there most of the time but watch out for the ice storms. People there don't know how to drive in bad weather. All in all look forward to a pig pickin and take some good Iron City beer with you. It's a dry county.

Like I said if 2 sims can be moved so can the ROC and the two decade old bowe machine. The company will twist the arms of the office complexes to see who can give them the best leases and then twist the arms of the county execs to see what kind of tax breaks they can get and then a office will be closed.
