If the Oregon militiamen were Muslim or black, they'd probably be dead by now

The Video says it was "Constructed", seems to me that means it was edited and or doctored, yep not a credible video.

Never said it was.

Just lines of fire based on nine bullet holes in the guy, that's all.

That's rich coming from the least credible person on this site.

You reference to an incident that never involved the police tells a lot about your colorblindness and hyper partisanship.

Street 101 teach you not to run from the man.

Yeah  an unarmed black man should not run, but an armed white man running away surely had a good reason.

Clash Daily:

On the topic of investigating the death of LaVoy Finicum, a retired officer writes:

As a retired law enforcement officer I want the following to be made public as soon as possible. (law enforcement actions and records of those actions ARE public records)

1. The autopsy report that clearly shows how many times and where Mr. Finicum was struck by bullets.
2. A complete description of all bullet strikes on both vehicles and a report on who fired the shots and the authorization for firing each shot.
3. A release of all videos of the incident taken from any perspective including dash cams, body cams or hand held cameras.
4. A shots fired report by every law enforcement that fired their weapon and the specific justification for doing so in each instance.
****
If the above are not voluntarily released by the law enforcement agencies involved; a law suit or freedom of information act demand should be filed as soon as possible.
If the above are not forthcoming; it can only be because there is something dreadfully unjustified with the whole incident.

Ruby Ridge ll ?

The conspiracy nj's will do all they can to get this the status of Waco or Ruby.

We will continue to hear the "prove my theory is wrong" narrative.

The guy was an idiot hell bent on suicide by cop. He was successful.

News flash, TWA 800, the lunar landing, and The Kennedy assassination are still open for all to prove all the conspiracy theories "didn't" happen.

See today, Citi claims the world is spiraling toward economic chaos?

Back on topic,

The nine or however many cops, feds and whomever need to justify the killing of one Lavoy Finicum in accordance with the law and if evidence shows things of one sort or another, the law needs to be applied.

Just because a bunch of armchair smacks 'think' he was reaching for a gun and justifies killing isn't good enough.

One fine day, many will mess their Depends when it comes out a secret DARPA missile project went horribly wrong high above Long Island.

That would mean each cop got one shot.  The poor black guy in Charleston got 8 bullets from one cop.  If we used "black math" on Lavoy, he would have been shot 72 times.

I heard that's all the bullets he had.

I saw that too. Funny how the writing has been on the wall for years eh?

In case you haven't heard, we've been in a depression since 2011.

All the evidence you need is the recent jobs report.

Back on topic, the suicide by cop. Guy preached that he wanted to go the way he did. So sad. He probably has people who want him around.

Yeah it was abysmal wasnt it?

JAN JOBS: +151,000 Or is it -665,000?

What jobs? BLS says 665,000 job LOSSES

New Bureau of Labor Statistics shows that there were 665,000 jobs lost in January, a blunt finding that confuses the heralded report that 151,000 jobs were created in January in non-farm payrolls.
But who got them? The very same BLS finds that jobs to "native born" and immigrant workers dropped. Ditto for men and women.
It is possible that many employees took on a second job, according to analysts. But a difference of 816,000 is too big, one said.

70% Of Jobs Added In January Were Minimum Wage Waiters And Retail Workers

Since the US manufacturing sector is unofficially in a recession, and since the US service sector is allegedly growing like gangbusters, we are updating our favorite chart showing the bifurcation in the New Abnormal US economy: the job gains by U.S. manufacturing workers on one hand, and by waiters and bartenders on the other.[/size]
Here is the cumulative job gains for manufacturers vs waiters and bartenders in the past 12 months...

... and since December 2007.

and

So this is what 'full employment' looks like?

With Friday's nonfarm payrolls report showing that the goal has been achieved, perhaps the Fed can raise the "Mission Accomplished" banner along with a welcome mat to the world of "full employment."

The jobless rate last reached this level in February 2008, following a run from June 2005 to April 2008 during which unemployment never eclipsed 5 percent. Getting a "4-handle" on the number — using Wall Street lingo — was supposed to represent jobs nirvana, the point at which the Fed finally would be able to declare victory and meaningfully begin to roll back its excessive easing programs that began in 2008.

But with the 5 percent goal line crossed, the jobs market remains a riddle. Consistent job creation has come with less robust gains in wages, and a seemingly positive report in most aspects was greeted with a strong sell-off on Wall Street.

This is the Oregon thread.

BTW, bold and highlights do not do anything other than make most scroll right past your post.

I sincerely believe you could add more value to this forum (and life in general, as i suspect your interactions in the public sphere are somehat similar to the way they are here) if you were not so obtuse.

But hey, I have my own issues, and I work on them. I regularly seek input from my employees to see how I can do better.
