Now maybe when you fellows read this you will start to understand the contempt the good folks in TEMPE have for you. They didnt even wait for the votes to be counted.Parker got his t/a,and his bonus for next year and were paying for it.And the union will say,hey you voted for it with the profit sharing we just gave away. All the raise you got coming,we traded for it.Thats not raise thats a trade. No lose no gain just a shuffle.
(to better ones self in the financial world is not to trade evenly.you must trade up)

And to top it off let the bumping begin

By the way anybody read the side letters yet........hummmmmm

It amazes me that you feel the dictators you knew were a better choice than the unknown ones, that is a sad, sad rationalization. You truely got what you deserved

Yup, you are correct in some ways. Too bad you were unable to see it the way it was presented to us. But then again hindsight is always better. We all have received what was pushed upon us. Just for the record I was a no to the T/A and no to the IAM. I chose not drink of the IAM koolaid, just passing along what I heard most saying. I have to say it was literally impossible to discern fact from fiction and truth from lies. All we can do is hold their feet to the fire and vote for a change when that time comes. (by signing teamsters cards)
You can change unions like you change your sox. But untill you get united , as the ramp is doing, it won't mean a thing. You have till 2012 to do just that. You need to take over your union. What ever one that may be. Myself ,I would stay away from AMFA. They started this mess. I'll keep my winter coat, you can have my job where ever that may be....

Even if you change to the ibt, you are stuck with the CBA until the amendable date.

As everyone knows I have no love for the IAM, but they are not to blame for this fiasco. It is the fault of every person that voted yes and they know who they are.

WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP!!! the NC should've never agreed to POS,sellout,BOHICA,cost neutral t/a in the first place. Go talk to Mick if you want to get a Rah! Rah! speech. You'll find him with all of his new friends in GSE and the warehouse! We should have never been saddled with the shame of voting on it! SCREW THE IAM! And yes, that is the sugar coated version.

700 call the IAM and put in a application.........OR GO SPEND THE MONEY AND TIME IT TAKES TO GET A A/P LICENCE AND GET ON THE SAME PAGE...........

Toker his point was not a Rah! Rah! I think it was more of look what you did with your vote not to say your personal vote.
