DALLAS, July 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Southwest Airlines (NYSE: LUV) will add four new daily nonstop flights between Baltimore/Washington and Detroit Metro. Service begins Sept. 14, 2006. "Southwest Airlines has many reasons to celebrate today -- we added new service based on Customer demand; we recently celebrated our first anniversary in the new BWI terminal; and we are excited about this market's growth potential," said Kevin Krone, Southwest Airlines Vice President of Marketing, Sales, and Distribution. "We have come this far because of our loyal Customers. We give them what they want -- winning Customer Service, low fares, and an extensive route network."

This "wonderful" press release is something that brings great joy to every regular SWA customer at DTW. Most other regular SWA flyers cannot appreciate the happiness this brings to Detoit travellers who have to connect through MDW in order to get to BWI or PHL or other east coast destinations. I expect that these 4 routes will have full loads, especially with the ability to connect to Florida destinations this Winter instead of needing to go strictly through MDW. Thanks SWA, youve made a lot of Detroit travellers happy, especially those who loath NWA. Now, am I being too greedy to ask for 1 daily LAS nonstop to/from DTW.

I couldn't find any new DEN routes - could you elaborate???
They were announced June 6th:
