Remember back about 10 years or so how much our pay checks were, remember when we had a pension, when we had a couple more weeks of vacation, when we had more holidays, what our sick time was like, when we were proud to be Usairways mechanics !!!! Now remember retro pay back, our C.E.O.'s and his V.P.'s bonuses after those give backs, how our last pay raise did'nt even cover our increase in insurance premiums, how we are treated today !!!! I hope you all remember when the company tries to ram a contract like fleet service down our throats. I sure will.

Oh but it won't be the company raming it down your throat , it will be your IAM leaders.... the people YOU elected, which means they think it's a good offer...which means the CIC is most likely a lost cause in court .

Freedom, the Iam Mechanic leaders are very unlike your leaders and will fight hard and strong against Usairways Labor Relations. Not likely to see a pitiful T/A (one which you think is the best thing since swiss cheese!) from their group.
Save your breath, stick to your own.

oh i see , i'm "not allowed" to comment on the mechanics goings on , while you get free regin to discuss fleet as much as you like ? sorry it doesn't work that way ...

althou i wish the very best for our mechanic work group , especially the west guys because i know they've been getting the shaft for a good many years.

The west guys wont vote yes on a bad deal.East wont vote yes on a bad deal.West guys dont have enough votes to force a bad deal. Not that they would. And east wouldnt vote to see west give up more for 2 dollars.Thats the differance.
