Guess what. People are leaving because they don't find it worth their while to work under the imposed circumstances anymore. And I don't know any of them that say, "Gee, I wish I still worked for dumb and dumber."

If people are at the point where they are ready to strike, by definition they no longer are willing to work under the imposed circumstances.

That is like saying they are no longer willing to work under the imposed circumstances.
