How many female A&P ? percentage?

There was a web story from one of the Houston tv stations and it says UAL at Houston has 15 female technicians out of 947 technicians in houston. Thats about 1.58 % . I dont think theres a stampede of women headed into this line of work any time soon.

Now would be their chance for Hou as we are hearing of mechanic hirings coming to Hou once the Hangars are done down there. Also hearing of some pretty big numbers being hired (at least big for SWA) Also hearing of some getting hired for Dallas after we get a new contract, much smaller numbers but added headcount anyway.
