You couldn't make money on that even if each pax had someone sitting in their lap!

...in reality, it's not that bad. Since it will be virtually all nonstop, the fares won't get split between two or more flights. It's not great, however, capacity can be controlled to specify how many seats can be sold at that fare...in addition, if the flights have empty seats and you fill them with this, you're covering variable cost...

Upgrade with AAdvantage miles! It would still be cheaper and you would get on before a non-rev. 😀
