Hey, Yolanda (LAX) is NOT "mean and rude"! She's a sweetie who has continually been shown as going above and beyond for the passengers--er, "Customers" (gotta use the proper WN lingo!). Anyway, I'm totally in love with her!
...if I swung the other way I'd probably think Mike was a sweetie as well. No one who has actually WATCHED more than a portion of one episode could ever say anything negative about him, either. They're both excellent ambassadors for WN.
The only 'regular' I sometimes think has a bit too much "'tude" is Nick at BWI. The Russkie dude.
Still, even he has held his tongue in some situations where I'd have simply unloaded on some drunk a**hole.
How about some SPECIFICS rather than just smearing every on camera employee (er, "Employee") with this "mean and rude" crap?
