How Can Management Sleep At Night?

Tom,

I am not in disagreement with you on the problem with revenue.

However, when you have employees struggling the way U's employees are, there is no incentive for the execs to go above and beyond when they can take millions and parachute out of here either way, profit or not.
It's nice to have something to agree on isn't it? B)

But -- "employee suffering" = "no incentive to turn a profit" ??? Are you saying that the execs are merely sadists who get off on inflicting pain and who need nothing more to make themselves complete? Or are you saying that employee suffering garantees profits? Or are you saying that the stock will be worth enough to support million+ dollar cashouts a year from now even if the company is unprofitable? Dave is the only one with more than a million shares -- and even he has to get the price well over $0.50 to clear a million. Most of them have to get it a lot closer to $10 if they hope for that kind of windfall. This isn't a wheel-barrow full of cash -- it's utterly worthless if they can't make something of the company.

You see...it doesn't matter to them...Executive Management.
They rape the company and move on to another.

We are flying lots of people but the revenue just isn't there. It's only a matter of time.

Tom,

sure, they want to make a buck, but some of them do have a sadistic streak that would get off on making it at our expense. This bunch is as arrogant as they come.

I do not say that lightly.
