How about CS/Shift swap with the merger?

Ok, we have talked about non rev travel, but how about something a little more important like money and flexibility. How does the CS policy at US compare to AA? Is it considered a privilege like at AA or is it contractual? Can you give up your shift or do you have to make it up?

CSs are the first thing I asked about but I'm still not sure if their policy is a flexible as ours.
