Recently FAA Inspector Philip D. Troutwine was found murdered in Dayton, Ohio. Inspector Troutwine's badge, FAA Credential and two books of "request for flight deck access" forms were found missing. If any person presents them self as Mr. Troutwine and requests either cabin or flight deck access, notify the nearest local law enforcement agency immediately. Under no circumstances allow the individual access to the aircraft.
