Well Father's day is coming to an end, Parents and kids come over and We all had a great Time,

I hope everyone else enjoyed the day and weekend. I hear big splash was a success, even though it rained.

As the day comes to an end and a new day starts I hope everyone will come to understand many of us who believe strongly for either Union or Association come to understand this has been a trying 15 months.

The Majority of the eligible members who are eligible to vote have chosen their side. We can say all we want and dispute who is right or wrong but the thuth is the NMB has the final say. No one changed the wording on who is or is not eligible. This was decided before the filing.

Amfa is going to contest, than AA and TWU will reveiw and the outcome most likely has already been determined.

CIO, since the rules were changed on who is in our class and craft. Those people who have been added should be allowed to sign an AMFA card now ,not a year from now. Amfa should be given an extension to get cards from these people, if the NMB puts them in our class and craft. I'm sure we can get 57 cards from this new group,because I'm sure some them hate the TWU also! If the NMB lets this list stand the way it is, and doesn't give AMFA an extension to collect cards from these people,then there should be lawsuit filed against the NMB and MS.HENNESSY! Oh by the way CIO, stopping a vote ILLEGALLY by padding the list, shows the TWU for what it is: A CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION WITH NO MORALS OR ETHICS AT ALL!

Actually we had enough to cards to cover that deficit, but AA's mad dash to stop the card collection saved the TWU when they filed that list that AA later admitted had 1200 errors on it.

Why does a fraudulent stop the card collection?

Maybe the appeal will include a request to add in the cards we recieved in the mail while the list of FRAUD was being challenged.

To claim that the majority have spoken by not signing is annother TWU bogus claim.

We had no knowledge of over 1500 that ended up on the list in the end, and they were never asked to sign a card.

It will be most interesting to mail a card to those who the TWU outsourced their jobs and laid the off to sign-up. I bet many the TWU and AA added to prevent vote are not favorable thinkers of the TWU liars.

The extras needed should be a piece of cake, that is why CIO and the TWU liars are begging us to come with them and drop this matter.

A couple of those groups lost flight privileges and the ability to move around the system because the company/twu outsourced their work and forced them to take these job. I am sure they are not happy with the twu.

I thought the amfa lawyers were up to par??? Apparently not. Don't you think if they were and they knew the workings of the NMB(as they so often claimed) they would have known who was going to on the list and who wasn't???? This makes no sense to me. Amfa keeps claiming they have been here before. We know what to expect and know how to play "their" game. Well, what the heck happened amfa???? Seham and McCormick dropped the ball, that's what happened. You had a very bad game plan going in. You take a number from 2001 and think that's all you needed. No research apparenly, no "stategery" on the part of amfa. Heck, you even had your hands on some confidential material and still blew it!! You LOST, get over it, and if you are going to continue to try I suggest you get some better players next time!!!! Because the ones you have now aren't workin' for ya'!!! In the meantime, we at TEAMTWU will continue to kick your butts!!! We will conitnue to fight and we wil continue to win. Just like you amfa wannabes, we are not giving up as well. We just got a second breath and our vigor is stronger then it has been in a long time.

I'm sure they would rather have the cap on their outsourcing than our "Nothing in this article requires the present volume of work" scope clause. It would be very hard for a union to bring back workers with a scope clause like ours!! Even the ex-iam workers know it's not a good idea to pursue the twu!!

AMFA would not keep in touch the way the twu does. You know what I mean nw. The twu sends out lies and unsigned literature with no return address.

AMFA keeps in touch with the membership because the membership is AMFA. Currently about 150 NWA AMTs are being touched with a recall and full back pay. Unlike twu AMTs who are touched with unvoted concessions and unelected international officers removing elected officers.

As for your stated "38% cap fiasco" what do you mean? Is it anything like the iam's, (the twu's sister industrial union), ABORTION of 100% allowable farmout language?

Keep fighting for the twu nw from the shadows. Your posts become so more relevant knowing who you are. That is the twu way.

I think you are right Rusty, I think that the NMB let AA know how many cards AMFA turned in and they set it up so that there would be just a few too short, the NMB is on the company's side pure and simple you don't have to look far to see that, and that is why they are not going to change Hennessy's ruling cause they are all in bed together, it really is a moving target and it will continue to move in years to come towards the company's favor.

It is not right but that is just the way it is. :unsure:

I believe if Amfa is successful in reducing the AA eligibility list I think you will findout Amfa's valid card's will be reduced(the NMB will not release the final tally). The Amfa key Organizers throughout the system were reporting a different number (less) altogether.
