...and get killed anyway...
Wow Kev. Just wow. I guess living here my whole life I just blocked out all those NYPD death squads killing black men for no reason every day. It must be me.

Selling them and RESISTING ARREST can get you killed. Committing any kind of crime and RESISTING ARREST can get you killed. Best to comply with the police.

What if they tell you to give them your gun?

That is a little vague. I would put my hands on my head and tell the officer to retrieve my firearm. If it was in my hand (no way I would have it out in any kind of arrest situation) I would tell him I will drop it. The point is I would do everything I could to comply and not make the officer feel threatened.

Would running away make the officer feel threatened?  I mean...this guy was shot 7 times....did he fart in the officers general direction?

I like cops.  I don't think the cop that shot the guy in the back represents all cops.  I like the military....but I don't think guys like Tim McVeigh or the Dallas and Baton Rouge shooters represent all former military.  But I don't think the Dallas or Baton Rouge shooters represent all blacks or black lives matter people.  Your side seems to feel that they do.  I'm only trying to point out that if one thing (their color) can represent an entire group, then why wouldn't that same theory hold true when it came to their military service making them representative of all former military?

Dude, you got the wrong political party.

BLM feel that way.

NBPP feels that way.

If you want a zinger, I guarantee you there are more bad blacks, latino's and honks than bad cops.
