Great New Idea To Cut Labor Costs

I have come up with a great idea to cut labor costs and bring US back to the black ink. Just do to every employee at Usairways, the same thing that was done to me after 9-11. Make every single employee Part time. Instead of working 40 Hrs a week , you only work 20. This way everyones pay is cut in half, like mine was. Also every current full time empolyee will get to pay double for medical insurance, like I do now. Just think how much that will save US. If they can make me Part time after 27 years seniority, then why not do it to everyone??????? Can't wait to hear your comments. (Please don't take me serious). Just having a feel sorry for me moment.

hey dont worry pal i was part time from sept 11 until this feb and my station was turned from a mainline city to the sorry expressed mainline city and the top pay AFTER 12 yrs is only 13.00 an hr! I just wonder how much was saved the company (only to go to mgmt for their horrendous raisies) by turning these selected cities into the flying circus of mainline express
