Less than a year after an insurgent union, the Aircraft Mechanics Fraternal Association, narrowly lost a union representation election to the TWU after advocating a more confrontational approach with management, the incumbent union advocates collaboration with management.

Funny I do not remember having an election, but I do remember the concessions.

and we shall feel the sting of concessions once again with the TWU at the helm!
