Yea, sure. No "agenda" just folks getting together having a BBQ...It's a gathering. Gatherings of like minded people does not necessarily mean they are trying to convert. When i went to temple when I was a kid no one was trying to convert. If someone came and was curious I am sure someone would talk to them. When I think of proselytizing I am thinking of door to door or actively pursuing people.
Conjecture, your inference is typical of you. I didn't do a line by line quote, so you interject some BS to meat your agenda. As for what you agree with or don't agree with I can only go by what you write. Since you left out that part what would expect me to think? That seems like it would be a relevant point to address.
Of course you don't. He hasn't done anything more than many people have.Given that he is in the military and has served five years and two tours I think it goes with out saying that he is quite proud to be an American and has placed his life on the line to prove it. I do not see the point of your comment regarding him being grateful.
F'him, I spent 3 years at Bragg and have gone nose-to-nose with some ornery troops myself.I would be willing to be he would be quite upset at that comment and I doubt you would have the courage to say that to his face.
Where did you serve again, oh yea, nowhere...
Where did you get that from? Making chit up again?...I know I sure as hell would not question his love of country.
