They took a collection for the PHL22 that is the most pressing concern at this time.
well lets just say dont buy the shoes yet. Apparently the IAM hasnt got a deal yet but did get more dates at the end of the month (3). Rumor has it it will be extended through 2011/12 so more likely a vote on the transition. I dont have a good feeling on a voted contract if it doesnt have 21+ an hour

Dream on. Theres no way you will ever see a transition agreement that ofers that kind of money. If that kind of money ever comes our way again it will be in winning the arbitration and that would only effect the east.well lets just say dont buy the shoes yet. If by some chance that kind of money comes our way there will be a lot given up. For me I would rather see vacation time and seeing the east sick policy go away and see a few more holidays and settle for more like 18.50 to 19.
wow a true mgmt person has spoken. like i said i dont think a vote will pass unless 21 an hour happens. I am a westie i believe it will be along party lines for the most part west yes east no! I dont blame anyone but the company they have tried to stall things out as long as possible and now the arbitration is getting ever so close. If this doesa go to a vote and fail the IAM must be prepared to start section 6 with the west because the east will get the 21 an hour and the west will not put up with that pay disparity. By the way what things are you not being allowed to order HPMGR1?
As it is, we aren't even suppose to order some of the basic supplies that are needed.
