An honest question for all is just how much "news" this would've been deemed worthy of if the officer involved was of african American genetic heritage, instead of "white", whatever "white" supposedly means anyway?
 
Isn't obama half "white'? Which "half" of him should be mindlessly venerated and completely trusted to do all that is good? Which "half" unthinkingly despised as clearly being a demonic product of hell it's self? The prosecutor should have turned it over to another prosecutor or just had the stones to say their was no case, so no grand jury.

 
P.S. GQ: We all know that the position of DA's generally that of an elected politician, or one "appointed" by others that are already politically established. 'Nuff said about "stones", just sayin' If you can find even a crushed granule of a single "stone" anywhere on even the average politician's clothes I'd go into total shock these days.  I'd guess that even the convening of a grand jury in this instance was done for purely political purposes. "Look mom! My name's now up in national lights!...And I've covered my political arse in the process!"

There were eye witness accounts that conflicted with Willsons testimony.  The GJ was not told of these conflicts.  Had they been they probably would have returned with an indictment in hours instead of taking days.  The court system is there to determine guilt, not the GJ.

How do you know that there were eye witness accounts, not accounted for, that conflicted with Wilson's testimony? The Grand Jury heard sworn testimony from over 60 witnesses. Here is an index of the testimony. Read through it and let us know what testimony is missing that would have led to a quick bill of indictment.
