How do you scam?
QIK.... Check in anytime. 24 hrs, 48 hrs. Be the first on the list.
List for the first full flight on US. Show up for the next one. No need to talk to an agent. They will roll the standby list.
 
How do you SCAM?
 
Prove me wrong. FCFS does not work.

man if this is AAs labor groups biggest problem then you guys must have it pretty good. 
 
If you are flying out of dfw the agents will check to make sure the non revs are there before they will be rolled over to next flight.

might not want to try that little stunt email in workbrain says that will get your listing canceled and a chat witha manager will be coming

Do you think that all the bitching in the world will change it back to DOH? The only things that might possibly have it change back are the grievances still waiting to be decided. Short of those being successful (and it might not be a guarantee even if they are), you're FCFS.
 
That trick of listing for a full flight and not even enter the airport , show up for the next flight was halted in SJU years ago and the person was reported to their supervisor, not to mention the person has a reputation, so all is aware. You will need to be present in Miami to be rolled over.
 
Plus, if you are first on the list of a full flight, and a seat becomes available at the last minute and its assigned to you, you will come off the list and not get rolled over if you no show.

WAH!! WAH!! WAH!! Because it's not want you want you are never going to be happy with it. Sorry but I got mine is no longer in play for non rev travel.
 
Why is this posted on American Airlines forum when the problem is all on the US side?  Besides, I've already posted on the US Airways thread that the company is aware of the QIK/Shares issue, and any checkin that arrives more than 24 hours in advance will result in the entire PNR being cancelled, and the culprit called in for a chat about trying to scam the system and violate corporate policy.
 
Moderators: please close this thread.  It is a classic example of beating a dead horse.
