Flight attendants on active status or on a leave of absence with reinstatement rights as of April 17, 2003 will receive the options.

When you divide up the APFA''s share of the options among those eligible to receive them, it amounts to about 200 shares per flight attendant. The strike price for these options is $5 per share.

You will get 1/3 of your individual allocation of options, 67 shares the first and second year. Then the remaining 66 the last year. Beginning April 17, 2004, continuing through April 17, 2006. All options must be exercised by April 17, 2013.
