Everyone Deserves Better Treatment

Every employee deserves better treatment than they currently get. Every customer deserves better service, cleaner airplanes, and more appreciation for their business. It is no secret to anyone that this company has gone to the bottom of the ranks thanks to the decisions made in CCY. The employees have been stripped of almost everything, including their dignity, stripped of appreciation for the sacrafices they have made to keep the company afloat, and stripped of proper leadership and respect from the local level managers to the halls of CCY. To be escorted off the property after 20 plus years of service, by police, is a slap in the face, once again, to all of us. For those of us to choose to leave, we have chosen our future, for those who choose to stay, the future will change only when those in CCY are gone. For our valued customers who continue to support us, it is more appreciated by those who greet you face to face, than those who are behind the scenes, allowing this company to slowly fall apart. The day will come when one of two things happens: The company closes it's doors forever, or rise from the current ashes to a new beginning. To all my collegues, and all our customers, the best of luck and hopefully a brighter future.
 
i agree 100000% with you on that! we the employees sure do deserve a hellva better treatment than what we've gotten in the last few years.
i'd say write to the major newspaper and tell them how we have been treated.

Longtime employees are not only a number, but a cost number... to be reduced.
