What are employees who are on leave or furlough using to get through to the employee non-rev number? It is so frustrating using option #2 to speak to a live agent, especially when you hear the messages "...to better utilize company resources.." and "..due to severe weather, your wait time may be longer than normal." I have used the "mi" about 3 weeks ago and all of the sudden it's gone! Just got back from a trip and, after 15 minutes, the agent finally got me listed for a flight. I could have "saved company resources" by being able to list myself in under 1 minute and not clogging the 1-800 number up. Did I miss an announcement somewhere?? :unsure:
