What are employees who are on leave or furlough using to get through to the employee non-rev number? It is so frustrating using option #2 to speak to a live agent, especially when you hear the messages "...to better utilize company resources.." and "..due to severe weather, your wait time may be longer than normal." I have used the "mi" about 3 weeks ago and all of the sudden it's gone! Just got back from a trip and, after 15 minutes, the agent finally got me listed for a flight. I could have "saved company resources" by being able to list myself in under 1 minute and not clogging the 1-800 number up. Did I miss an announcement somewhere?? :unsure:
 
I just tried the phone and I see what you mean. Hopefully it's a temporary glitch. Logging onto the ETC, however, is no problem using the MI.

Thanks, Larry. The ETC is fine as well; hopefully it will be cleared up soon. Like I stated above, it worked fine about 3 weeks ago so somthing has since changed.

Probably another IT "enhancement" somewhere kicked the MI code out. Seems that for every enhancement, they create two or three oopses in its place. Did you email or call someone on it? (pass bureau?)
 
It didn't work for me the other day so I had to call. Maybe they are putting everyone back on "active" status or something! :up:

How in the world did you get the ETC thing to work? I've tried and tried and just gave up. I've been furloughed since '99.. still want to use those bene's before they go away or are taken in another merger.
