you mean like fake sweet-n-low and powdered creamer? I mean even AirTran has the real stuff.

Can anyone find out what method they used to ask customers if they prefer powdered creamer? I guess it is the same thing as them saying they asked the FA's about the galley packouts or whatever they are called.

I can see it now, excuse me sir, can you put your hefty bag down for a second and participate in a short survey? Oh, thanks. Would you prefer that we offer $29 fares to Florida but only use powdered creamer, or would you rather pay $800 and have real creamer for your coffee? See, customers prefer powdered creamer!!!!
