Grazing laws for federal land have been in place for more than 6 years.  In fact Bundy has not paid the fees since 1993.  Just in case you need help, 1993 was before 2008.  Bundy has been a thief since Clinton was in office.

Have you even heard of that as a legal or even philosophically rational concept? You were the one lusting for violent bloodshed at the Bundy ranch.
