Don't confuse work ethic with life/work balance; they're 2 totally different things. There's a great big wonderful world outside the doors of the TOC; go play in it. Our work'll still be there the next day, and DL will have somehow managed to carry on while we were gone...

Been around the block a couple of times! The TOC was far from my first foray into the working world, even though it's not perfect, it's a far cry from other company's I've worked for.
You'll be thrilled to know I worked zero OT this year and have had plenty of time to peer outside the TOC doors!

Really do hope you find satisfaction in your job one day, where rainbows shine above, Unicorns prance around and chocolate fountains, are found on every belt loader!

The legal age of consent in most states is 16 unless you live in New Hampshire or Massachusetts where it is 13 and 12 respectively. What's your point?
