Wow, now that's sure to be just as effective as the TWU Negotiations, the AFL-CIO political agenda, and with an Unskilled Stock Clerk plus a Facilities Maintenance guy who's only skill was being the son of an A&P Inspector, the cards will continue to flow.

AMP Organizers have two of the best organizers appointed by the TWU.

Hey CIO, were these two elected to the TWU International Staff? Can they be recalled by the membership?
I would say given the appointed $80,000.00 plus they are both making now that the AMFA Drive did alright by them.
What say you CIO?

I'm telling you with confidence, Shirts and Slogans are all they know and are about the most important thing in their lives.

I THINK THIS LETTER SHOULD BE THE NEXT AMP FLYER AT THE GATES.
Show them members.

We need our E-Board out in force on Thursday’s on the base and off site shops as you can and time allows. If possible it is great to wear matching shirts. Sam is looking into T-Shirts for our Shop Stewards and Pete Lundberg is working on cost. This is something we have done with other E-Boards thru out the TWU system on raids and has worked very well with members seeing their E-Board leading this charge. We as members are ultimately responsible for our union and leading by example will only fortify our ranks. Thank you very much.
Too bad we have to pay for their twinky shirts. Was this voted on ?
And they say AMP is a bad thing..hmmm me thinks it's about time the TWU goons peeled themselves outa their chairs and did something.
Kinda pathetic tactics by the TWU if ya ask me.

This email was sent out several weeks ago and yes the Membership and Officers are well informed. The local has asked for assistance in communications and because of their expertise in this area has been very helpful and changes are being made locally. Both Linda and Rick are local 514 members. Thanks Informer for a copy for everyone to see showing we are sincere about improving communication.

Okay, twu shop stewards are to wear twu shirts on Thur and/or Fri to defend the twu constitution. CHECK!

"This is our house." NOT THE MEMBERSHIPS HOUSE. CHECK!

"Challenge them with facts you do know, etc." 1) The twu is undemocratic. CHECK! 2) The twu appoints international officers. CHECK! 3) The twu allowed SRP/OSM and peddled SMAs. CHECK! 4) Accountability bad/unaccountability good. CHECK!

"Our reputation will speak for itself in twu strength and unity which is what members will see, not fighting against ourselves which is what AMP wishes to happen." We can not allow the members to think for themselves. CHECK!

"Please tell our stewards we would like to have a crowd around the AMP organizers, challenging them as to what they are doing, asking them questions, etc. The whole thing is to keep them AMP organizers busy while the workers are going in and out, not having time to take their junk." We can not allow the members to think for themselves. CHECK! CHECK!

"We need our E-Board out in force on Thursday's on the base and off site shops as you can and time allows." Defend our constitution on Thursdays. Don't worry about the other days of the week as our constitution is undefendable. CHECK!

"If possible it is great to wear matching shirts." Since we can't stand on the twu's previous accomplishments at AA you might as well be coordinated. (Try and have a snazzy slogan written on the shirt.) CHECK!

"WE Move America" We just don't represent AMTs at AA very well. CHECK!

Were Rick and Linda elected? Or more appointed TWU Staff?

Did the powerful "Local Autonomy" vote to pay these two stooges $80,000.00 per year to come up a with the big t-shirt strategy?

I'm Your Huckleberry...

<_< ------- You'd think the TWU wouldn't insult the intelligence of the average AMT thinking they can buy loyalty for the price of a few free T-shirts. God!------ What arrogance!!!--------- But that's one thing they never have been short of!

Wait until the TWU reps have to tell the membership the company doesn't want to budge from the last TA position.
The company can stall all they wish because the threat of RETRO PAY has never been in play.

Just read through the debate forum and you will see why the t-shirt and intimidation are their only source of support.

The Constitution is flawed. The appointed Officers and Staff are untouchable and unaccoutnable to the membership.

The Local Officer Elections are prohibited from being Majority Rule.

The History shows that the TWU has lead the industry in concessionary negotiations for over 25 years.

Now, AA is about to call their ultimate bluff and the suffering will be ample, so why not set the stage to blame AMP?

AFL-CIO Affitialtion has resulted in nothing more than a complete collapse of organized labor.

Grievances submitted buy over 150 members over 100% outsrouce of CFM56 work are nowhere to be found. And jsut as CIO refuses to answer about them, so does the entire Local Executive Board.

All they can get to defend the TWU is the stock clerk, and a Facilities Maintenance employee only hired because he was a relative of a respected A&P Licensed Inspector.

Wait around awhile longer to remove the TWU, the best is yet to come.

You still have NOT answered the questions.

Are Rick Mullings and Linda Dill elected by the membership?

Did the membership vote to pay them $80,000.00+ per year for these t-shirt strategy services?

cio,

Just a quick question here. In your above post you wrote "... and yes the Membership and Officers are well informed.".

My question to you, which might be rather difficult for you to answer but feel free to ask around for the correct answer, is how can the membership and officers be well informed when in the twu's appointed international union organizers, Linda Dill and RicK Mullings, own words " Please tell our stewards we would like to have a crowd around the AMP organizers, challenging them as to what they are doing, asking them questions, etc. The whole thing is to keep them AMP organizers busy while the workers are going in and out, not having time to take their junk.".

If you prevent the membership from getting as much information as they can get to educate themselves on the differences between the twu and AMP how can they be "well informed"? Hummm???
