I've seen other places stating an actual fire broke out. I would much prefer an indicator issue, but am looking for official confirmation...

No sarcasm here. If you'd actually read the thread, you'd see I'm hoping for an indicator issue, not actual ignition.

Kev is simply (and correctly) saying that some media sources are reporting that there was a fire while some are reporting that there wasn't.
Having said that, I'd listen to atlmech. These kind of things are generally his departments MO.
