A little late but glad it finally came out publicly
"ATLANTA, October 22, 2015 — Delta TechOps—Delta Air Lines’ (NYSE: DAL) maintenance division and its maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) provider business— has extended its relationship with Atlas Air, Inc., a unit of Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: AAWW). Under a new agreement, Delta TechOps will provide exclusive component support on a Maintenance per Flight Hour program through 2018"
