Delta Air Lines’ Crown Room Club® members may now visit select AeroMexico, Air France, Alaska Airlines and KLM lounges – including those in Amsterdam; Mexico City; Portland, Ore.; Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; Rome; Seattle and Zurich, Switzerland – when flying Delta or any other SkyTeam® airline. With this new benefit, Crown Room Club members may now visit more than 100 lounges in airports around the world.
“Access to our partner airline lounges will provide Delta’s Crown Room Club members with a more convenient and comfortable travel experience, giving our customers more value when flying Delta worldwide,†said Betty Hollan, general manager of Delta’s customer lounge programs. “And this new benefit coincides with our international growth, which includes 11 new trans-Atlantic destinations.â€
This year, Delta is offering customers more flights than any other airline from the United States to destinations across Europe, Israel and India. Additionally in December 2005, Delta announced that Crown Room Club members could access worldwide Continental’s Presidents Club® and Northwest’s WorldClubs. Admission to lounges is valid for club members and up to two guests, or a spouse and children under 21 years of age.
