Delta Air Line Refund Policy

I just bought tickets Paris to San Francisco and had to change the date of the return flight one day earlier for work matter. My trip is in 2 months and there is still some seats available...

I can not believe that in 2011 there is still no way to be able to change your flight with Delta!! The only solution I have is to buy a new one way ticket ($1000). No credit, not even extra booking fee, just a new ticket!

I never traveled with Delta before, and I am already very unhappy about this air line. One thing is fore sure: I will NOT fly with them again, ever!!

Who told you that you cannot exchange the ticket? Where and how did you buy your ticket?

Was this purchased direct thru Delta or 3rd party?
