Hi all, this is my first post here on US Aviation.

I work for DL - I couldn't see the original picture (link seems to be broken) but I have a photo of it. The seats are very comfortable and the IFE system is top notch. That being said, yes, there are some minor software-related issues on some of the systems that Panasonic is working on. Recently on a flight I took from ATL to Tokyo-Narita (NRT) the crew had to reboot the system once. But know that management is WELL aware of the issues and it's in Panasonic's best interest to fix it - and rest assured that they are in the process of doing so.

This aircraft is currently doing JFK-SFO turns daily. The next aircraft, N399DN, is finishing up the modification and will be repainted shortly thereafter. In scheduling on Delta.com if you see a "73H" as the equipment type it will be one of the newly reconfigured 737s (which also will have winglets installed). The plan is to retrofit one aircraft every two weeks.

Welcome aboard.

Now your credibility is shot. jk... Glad to see more DL people here.
Judging by some of the other threads, I was beggining to think another hostile takeover was underway, only this time by UA/AA.
