Maybe it's just me!
Could someone, maybe you Dave, explain to me why anyone would chose our pitiful excuse for an airline over the competiton, if there is a choice?
I've been in a rather successful business of my own in the past, before I sold it at a profit. I'm a firm beliver that you must give the customer a reason to choose you, to give their money to, over any competition.
Management continues to treat the customers and employees, like crap and expects them both to remain loyal to US Airways. Why should either?
