CWA is stating the company's proposal is for a 39% pay cut.
It is in fact, for some folks, quite a bit more. Here's my story....
I am at 7 years of pay seniority(10 years with the company, parttime until 10/01.)
That puts me at 18.17, which includes my .25 cent customer contact premium. The proposal, taking into consideration 4 steps back on pay senority, would put me at 9.24 per hour.
50%? 49%?...anyway, a long way from 39%.
