Just one example, MHT is missing 2 FT CSA, 3 PT CSA, 3 PT CAR, 2 FT Lead, 2 FT FSA and 5 PT FSA
 
spent the day in the Clt training facility this week. Was in the next classroom from the CSA 'agent's training...instructor seemed very frustrated and the 'agents' looked really bored. only a few seemed to have much english language skills. Instructor keep repeating the same info and at one point, shouted, 'come on people, its not that hard!' Also, seemed to be a large (20-30) women in USA3000 uniforms doing flight attendant training. one of the 4 I spoke to would answer any question about the training (length or type of training) The mood of the center was very dark with a lot of people shutting up as soon as anyone would enter a room.

This is what the company is willing to pay for.
For all those that think CS Agents are so overpaid... I hope you like flying in the new reality. Just think about standing in line 100 deep at the Special Service Counter to be rerouted by one of these 'NEW AGENTS'. :lol: :lol: :lol:
 
USA3000, is using US Airways to train their employees, we trained their mechanics a few months back.
