What do you think the conversion to AA systems should go?
I was thinking since the shuttle is an airline within an airline we should dedicate crews and aircraft to the shuttle for a couple of months - convert only the shuttle flights on a Friday evening. This would allow you to test several things out:
Can the kiosks be converted
Will airport stations function on the new system
Baggage, etc all working with scanners, etc
If there are any issues with conversion you are only impacting a small number of flights - you learn from all the mistakes before you do the big bang conversion for the rest of the airline.

Lastly, this is not a labor topic so this has nothing to do with labor agreements or how bad US Management is treating US employees, etc
