Contract Negotiations

Our plans for growth seem to change each week. Some days its 0 growth, some days its a few percent. Contract talks just broke down this week, with both sides unable to come close to an agreement on compensation. Word is we'll hear something from the NMB in a few weeks. Gonna get very interesting soon...

Well if Spirit got their new contract with a pay increase, I don't see why you guys would have a hard time. Despite the hiring going on now, do you think that strongly affects the negotiations?

Boy did you guys just luck out. You just got bought by one of the best airline employers ever! Congrats on being bought by SWA!

You'll get a new contract when WN takes over and probably a nice raise. But are you going to let WN operate like they have in all there other airline mergers and staple you to the bottom.

Per a recently passed law, the integrated seniority list must be done in a fair & equitable manner, as determined by both unions (swapa & alpa). Lack of agreement sends it to arbitration per allegheny-mohawk.
