What about mechanics being 1 fowled up drug test away from termination. I know its rare but it can happen.

Example: A friend of mine was taking OTC cold medicine...They questioned him at lenght about what was in his test. They were ready to launch him...!! Thank God he was able to prove what he was taking. Of course, he had to come in sick because he didn't want to get in the attendance control program. :(

The correct figure for a U A320 Captain is closer to 150K. That is top of scale since all Captains at U have reached max longevity over 12 years.
