Comair F/a Payscale

I'm looking for a copy of comairs f/a payscale, plz send asap thanks..I'm currently a AE f/a and we're in negot.

I believe starting pay is around $19.40/hr. I've been trying to get a copy of the payscales as well. Don't forget, Comair has asked pilots and FA's to reopen their contracts, and Comair got passed over for 20 new jets because of their cost structure. Keep that in mind when trying to get brought up to Comair pay levels.

Does Delta decide where the rj's go? Since Delta owns a couple of their feeders, why don't they put them under one contract and name? Is it easier to micromanage than macromange the small commuter carriers? Just wondering out loud..........

If they merged Comair and ASA, they'd have to integrate seniority, and other items. Also, keeping them seperate means a strike wouldn't cripple all of DL's feeders. DL spread the Comair flying around after the pilots strike, so that one hub wouldn't take the hit.
