After our station was "seigelized" las t year, meaning going to mainline express, I find it difficult to make the mortgage payments now, Rsducing my pay even more, I may as well go into forelosure and take my son out of Catholic school. I guess Dave didn't
address the issue that our SLOPPY psgr service is what's killing us. There's an old saying goes something like this "TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS, OR SOMEONE ELSE
WILL''. Souhwest and AirTran have clearly demonstrated that.

WN did not do these things:

Farmout Airbus heavy maintenance to Singapore Technologies.
Terminate pilot's pension.
Not offer voluntary furloughs to F/A before laying off.
And numerous other CBA violations.

Hey Dave, where is the announcement from WN about adding flights to PHL?

Does anybody think that the voting on these polls means anything at all. Do you think people really vote how they feel or do you think they vote just to mess with people. These polls are non-scientific, silly, and meaningless. :blink:
 
I can honestly say, that I have NOT voted on this poll. It is stupid. But if you don't vote, you don't see the results. Guess It will remain a mystery to me. Just like Dave's Plan. :down:
 
the pol is stupid and not helpful. both sides in this mess have valid points and it would take a crystal ball to know how to manage the situation.

You can't change decades of the union entitlement mentality overnight. Every one of these union posters on this board would fail to see a train coming if they were walking down the tracks and the horn was blowing. They truly don't get it. They don't understand what is going on and frankly, they don't want to. It is far easier to continue with the entitlement mentality and make up silly phrases like "the concession stand is closed" than it is to take an honest look at what is going on and make a reasoned and rational decision. While the union posters on this board certainly have a right to their opinion, I wouldn't take their opinions too seriously because they are not a representative majority of the union members who work for the company.

whether part of Mr. Siegel's webcast or not, is in bad taste. The people of USAirways are facing choices I hope to never face.

Selfishly wishing for the failures of others is a karmic exercise in which I don't choose to participate. If you are an employee of SWA, you're not practicing the tenants of our Culture by doing so, ie: Treat Others As You Would Be Treated

SWA...with all due respect. We ALL have voted TWICE before and chose answer one. Don't insult all of us with this inane poll intended to solely make US employees look unappreciative and misinformed. We HAVE given and given and lived it....not you. We have been wronged by our leadership, not you.
