In theory, yes. In reality, in reservations we have 100-200 calls on hold in the evenings. NO OVERTIME! Customers are really getting irritated with being on hold for so long. If we can't answer the calls, we cannot put the "cheeks in the seats." As for the new website customer service in San Salvador......lets just say the passengers are very unhappy.

I agree. Why not reach out to the corporate/business travelers who are our bread and butter. Come up with some type of advertising promotion aimed at the business traveler. ie: "Let your business take off" unrestricted walkup fares. Base them on mileage $99-$399 no saturday night stay. Seems to me that would bring in alot more cash than $99 round trip tickets. But what do i know im just a peon.
