Unreal. I remember Bob Barr well from my time spent living in Georgia. I see he has not changed his opportunist ways.

He is a politician. It's not like they have ethics or morals. He saw dollar signs and did not care about the fact that the money was dripping with the blood of all those that Duvalier killed and tortured.
