What's with the load control since cutover? Have you ever seen so many aircraft out of balance. Nothing like getting a call 5 minutes before departure to change seating for 50 passengers, or better, having a flight calling for numbers out on the field, and telling the crew load control wants everybody behind row 17. That must make us look real competent. Gee, I'm sorry you'd like that aisle seat in row 4 Mr. Smith, but due to weight and balance of the aircraft, you'll have to sit in 23e, and thank you for flying US Airways. With all these VP's, who for the love of god is in charge of IT. Just another sorry chapter in the US Airways saga.
