That wasn't management working on a Sunday-that was the lawyers. But don't worry I am sure they charged extra for it.

They don't charge extra. Depending on the firm, the only thing extra would be secretarial overtime or paralegal overtime.

As of 3-15-2004 9 pm Eastern there is no news on any of the financial wires aftermarket trading (cbsmarket watch, wsj, reuters finance etc). If this were going to happen something would probably have leaked out by now. Maybe they meant 11 PM - LOL. Will keep waiting I guess.
