i like U'S negotiating tactics....they don't get anywhere during "normal" negotiating .....then do a fear campain in the media....now they want an end around on the ALPA neg.comm..... direct to the masses......i see the game plan has been well planned by Glass and company.
scare 'em in the media and bypass the union and hope for passage.
