Where does the 36 Hrs. come from? I haven't been fretting about them yet nor do I see myself fretting any time in the future.
NH/BB, are you comfortable with your current union? Do you feel that they are in AA's bed? How much support so you expect to get from a union that is sleeping with the company? Is your union really effective in representing its members or is there just a bunch of favors being traded under the sheets?
