I totally agree! Telling Arpey to go F himself would immediatley get back the dignity and respect you deserve.
 
The only thing Arpey is worried about is losing more executives over compensation.

APFA needs to make it clear that there will be no "Letters of Agreement" without revisiting the RPA and without a 30 day membership vote.
Obviously AMR wants something from us...no deals without the above.
 
It is not my impression that AA wants anything other ways to achieve better customer service. The same goes for the marriage counselor sessions. But then maybe I missed something.

If AMR/AA wants the employees to give better customer service to our passengers, then they better show us some respect!! :angry:
