Airlines Locked On Flight Path To Oblivion

PlaneJane Hint: It would not have passed. Is that enough for you? Of course, if it had been taken to a vote and was turned down as predicted then this conversation would be the same except you'd be blaming all the pilots.

I hate to bring this up, but I must. Unless your crystal ball is better than anyone else's, you have no way of knowing what the outcome would have been on a vote. The statements above have no value.

I have no stake in it either way, but to make such an emphatic prediction is not plausable.

It's just my 2 pennies anyway. :D

How many US Airways pilots actually voted for the PIT and PHL reps? As a percent of the entire membership?

Pollock said it was less than 10%.

VERY GOOD QUESTION? CAN ANYONE ANSWER?

I'M CURIOUS......

planejane,

I don't have the answer with any precision. The only thing I can say is that it was over 50% of those who were both eligible to vote for any of the 4 and voted.

What Pollock is doing is playing number games. Like saying something like only 10% of Americans voted for Bush so he shouldn't run the country (political leanings aside).

Jim

ps - Pollock was elected by about 0.33% of the pilots, using his measure of "validity".

'The RC4 did their job. Now, it's time to get an agreement WITH ALL THE BASES COVERED. It's time to move on people.'

will the 4 reps get a TA? i doubt it. Then the company can invoke an 1113E letter. you guys and the IAM/AFA can then seek self help and walkout.
I'm sure U mgt. would then do asset sales without the employees.

USA320 is constantly reminding everyone to leave if they don't like what is going on. Now all he does is bad mouth the RC4 posting thread after thread after thread. Does anyone else think he should follow his own advice or does it only apply to those that don't agree with his agenda. His threads with the attacks are getting old. Savy
