My apologies, but when a poster such as fatherabraham post a complete lie and tries to make a point, I considered it noteworthy enough to challenge his false statement.

When he resorts to name calling rather than rebuttal, it is obvious why he was brief in his example. His example was false, and highlights exactly why the AFA should avoid any ties in their contract that would rely on usapa. However, if you feel that it improves your contract, so be it.

I guess that was meant for me???

I am not saying get rid of me too,,I am saying do not completely rely on it in the present enviroment. Not only the pilot dispute enviroment, but also, it looks like pilot flight time duty regs are changing, so in the regulatory enviroment you could be attaching to an unknown that it turns out you will not like.

Regardless, this TA is complete, and will eventually pass in some form that will not address what I am talking about, so my real advice is go for the money.
